Chris and LeEllen

 I must say that this was the perfect family for me to dip my toes into the world of photography. I was giddy at the chance to capture Chris and LeEllen's experience of being pregnant and expecting their first baby. Since this was my first time taking pictures with Casey, I didn't know what to expect. Would I be in the way? Would the family wonder why this weird girl was hiding behind their photographer like some crazy paparazzi? Would Casey get tired of ALL my questions? Let me tell you NONE of this happened! The family was funny, easy going and patient when Casey had to help me. I was actually worried all my pictures would be blurry because I was laughing so hard. Just imagine asking the couple to hold hands and kiss and then you hear the soon to be Grandpa teasing them by saying “Eww, Yuck”.

I am so thankful to Chris and LeEllen for letting me be a part of this special time in their lives.  I love how they are waiting until they see their sweet baby boy to pick his name! Maybe I will be here to help take those pictures too!
